All correspondence, phone calls and email with your cliënt are free of charge

A debtor visit costs € 150

When going to the Dutch court (sector kanton):

your registration with the court and costs of the bailiff have to be paid upfront,

the summons, a Dutch ‘conclusie’ and ‘akte’ cost € 200,

our legal assistance at the court hearing is free of charge,

the travel costs of our specialist are € 50 per hour.

 

When going to Dutch court for claims over € 25.000:

again, your registration with the court and costs of the bailiff have to be paid upfront
